These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile and web applications (“Apps”) provided by Ezai Digital (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Apps.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Apps. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Our Apps are for informational and educational purposes only.

• They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before acting on information from the app.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated content.

• You may sign in using your Google account via Firebase Authentication.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any actions under your account.
• You agree not to impersonate another user or misuse account functionality.

• Some Apps are available as one-time paid downloads via app marketplaces (e.g., Google Play).
• All purchases are handled by the platform provider.
• Refunds, if applicable, are governed by the policies of the platform through which you made your purchase.

By using our Apps, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

You understand that:

• Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase.
• You may input health data such as age, weight, medical conditions, and medications.
• We may use anonymized, aggregated data for research, app improvement, and commercial sale.
• We do not sell identifiable personal data.

All content, source code, AI models, branding, and designs within the App are the intellectual property of Ezai Digital or its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
• Use the App’s content for commercial purposes without permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Violate local laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Upload false, misleading, or harmful content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or abuse the service.

You may also delete your account at any time using the in-app option or by contacting info@ezai.digital.

• Our Apps are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose.
• We are not responsible for losses resulting from decisions made based on app content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ezai Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of health, or loss of profits resulting from your use of the App.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of your country of residence unless otherwise required by law. Any disputes arising from the use of our Apps shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via app updates or in-app notifications. Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
